Our Return & Refund Policy
At Viremont, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Fragrance bottles that have been opened, sprayed, or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrance bottles.
- Items purchased during flash sales or marked as 'Final Sale'.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidents after delivery.
- Items without original packaging or missing authenticity seals.

Return Process
- Email us at returns@viremont.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and drop it off at the designated courier.
- We recommend keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.

Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach clear photos of the item and packaging to your email.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
